# ADI Leak Detection services and prices

ADI Leak Detection finds and repairs hidden leaks in central heating, hot and cold plumbing, water mains, drainage, swimming pools, roofs and building structures, using non-invasive methods. Each job pairs a trained engineer with the equipment suited to the leak type, with the aim of pinpointing the leak before any floor, wall or ground is opened.

- Prices are fixed per service, per day, and quoted before the visit is booked.
- Every fee covers the engineer's time on site, all the detection equipment used and the written report with photographs and video.
- Repairs are quoted separately once the leak has been found.

## No Find No Fee

No Find No Fee covers a single hot or cold plumbing leak, or a water mains leak of up to 30 metres, at one property, where the leak is losing at least 0.5 litres a minute. It does not cover central heating, swimming pool, or roof and structural investigations.

## Repairs

ADI Leak Detection repairs leaks on plumbing, central heating, water mains and swimming pools, and all repair work is guaranteed. Roof and structural leaks are located and reported on, and ADI does not repair them. ADI does not do general plumbing or heating installation work.

## Reports for insurance claims

Every investigation ends with a written report by the attending engineer, with photographs and video, set out for trace and access and escape of water insurance claims.
